Loading, unloading, help owners with other tasks, hauling, disposal, etc. Personal issues: Truck repair, family issues, sickness, workers with problems, etc. Owners issues or HOA issues: No keys, no open doors, nobody at home, work started without HOA writing authorizations or with materials unauthorized by HOA. Payment issues: Delayed on payments, checks bounced, payments with CC or checks on weekends, etc.
